The short answer: very little. For most customers, preparing for parking lot striping means telling us what you want and giving us access to the lot. We handle the rest.
Here are the questions we hear most often, answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, call or text and we’ll gladly talk it through.
Generally no. We use a leaf blower to clear any minimal loose debris right before we paint, so a lot that looks clean is ready for us.
Usually, yes. We blow off loose debris and leaves as part of the job, but we don’t offer professional cleaning. If your lot has heavy dirt, mud, gravel or weeds, mention it when you call and we’ll come up with a game plan.
We prefer the cars to be moved, but we commonly work around vehicles. Let us know what your lot is like and we’ll plan the job around it.
Warmer temperatures are ideal, but we can sometimes work in less-than-ideal conditions. We can’t paint in the rain, though. If the weather delays your job, we simply reschedule for a time when it clears up.
It depends entirely on the job: the size of the lot, the layout and the markings you need. Tell us about your lot and we’ll let you know what to expect.
Yes. We offer weekend scheduling and work around your business.
Just let us know. We’ll re-stripe the existing layout. If you’d like a different stall count or added ADA spaces, tell us that too and we’ll discuss the options.
We use Sherwin-Williams Hotline, a fast-drying traffic paint. Exact timing depends on the weather and the job, so we’ll let you know what to expect for yours.
Call or text 402-834-1442, or use our contact form. A rough description of your lot — where it is, about how big it is and what you’d like done — is enough to get started.
